Year 13 students interested in a career in Electrical and Electronic Engineering had the opportunity recently to work with students from other schools in solving complex problems, and visiting the impressive facilities of engineering company BE Aeropsace.

BE Aerospace manufactures almost 50% of the world’s aircraft seats, with prices ranging from £25,000 – £150,000 per seat.

The St Paul’s students were particularly impressed with the high level of attention and detail that each individual seat is given to make passengers more comfortable during their flight.

The visit also cemented the student’s decision to embark on the career in Engineering.
