Hallowe’en Non Uniform Day at St Paul’s

IMG_5779Pictured above are the best dressed students for the Hallowe’en themed Non Uniform Day.

Instead of the usual non-uniform day before midterm, the Student Leadership Team and A Level Sociology students suggested a themed day to add a bit of fun as we break for midterm. Staff and students were encouraged to dress up and/or wear ghoulish makeup to make this a non-uniform day with a difference and also support our nominated charities.

The best department on the day undoubtedly was the Religion department, with their Craggy Island theme; Miss O’Hagan carried her pot of tea around the whole day!   The office staff also gave our many visitors a scare with their costumes and faces and the Head of Art & Design, Mrs O’Hare, appropriately dressed as a Crayola!

There were too many students to mention  who stood out from the crowd. However, the ‘pair of trousers’ and the ‘cereal killer’ were popular winners in the junior school; with our Superheroes at post-16 also proving a hit.

Sincere thanks to all who participated, we know this event will be even bigger and better next year!
